Chargeii - Terms and Conditions
Chargeii is a technology company providing on-demand roadside mobile charging services in collaboration with third-party providers under a partnership agreement.
Summary:
To create an account allowing Chargeii to deliver its services, users must be 18 years or older, provide personal information, and consent to the collection of precise geolocation and vehicle details. Acceptance of the terms may result in receiving informational and marketing messages. By agreeing to the terms, users grant Chargeii access to their personal information and User Content to facilitate the Chargeii service. Users are responsible for securing their accounts and are limited to one Chargeii account.
User Eligibility & Accounts:
To use the Services, users must register and maintain an active personal user Services account. Users must be at least 18 years old to register. Account registration involves submitting personal information such as name, address, mobile number, password, vehicle details, and valid payment methods. Users agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in their accounts. Failure to do so may result in service denial and termination of the agreement.
1. How Chargeii Subscriptions Work:
Chargeii Subscriptions are tied to a specific vehicle. Service is not available if the user is a passenger in another vehicle. Non-members driving the user's car are not eligible for service. Upgrading subscription coverage is possible, subject to certain restrictions.
- Roadside Assistance:
To receive services, users must be present with the vehicle and provide proof of subscription. Services are not available for unattended vehicles. Personal identification must match the Chargeii account holder. New subscribers needing immediate service are charged a one-time fee of $200 for the first service. Roadside Assistance allows for Basic coverage of up to 10km on an initial service.
- Premium On-demand:
Users prepay a monthly fee for a Chargeii provider to bring a portable EV charger to the location of the user's compatible electric vehicle. Charging appointments must be in a safe, accessible spot, and any associated parking fees are billed to the user.
2. Duration and Frequency of Charges:
Chargeii Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Automatic renewal occurs unless canceled. Declined payments may result in termination. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users can cancel charge appointments, and refunds are subject to specific terms for each subscription type.
3. Canceling Your Chargeii Subscription and Refunds:
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled before the anniversary date. Lapsed subscriptions may incur a one-time request fee for Roadside Assistance. Subscription pricing is subject to change.
4. Prohibited Activities:
Users may not have more than one active account. Services may not be used for commercial purposes or in violation of the agreement. Prohibited activities include unauthorized use, removal of proprietary notices, illegal actions, and attempts to breach security.
5. Combining Promotions:
Chargeii, at its discretion, may permit Subscription Benefits to be combined with other promotions.
6. Changes to Chargeii Subscriptions:
Chargeii reserves the right to modify subscriptions, Subscription Rates, Benefits, or prices. Users will be notified of rate increases. Chargeii may terminate subscriptions without notice but provides pro-rated refunds for terminated periods.
7. Changes to Subscription Terms:
Chargeii may modify Subscription Terms. Material changes will be communicated to users. Revised terms become effective at the next Billing Cycle.
8. Transfer of Rights:
Chargeii's rights may be assigned or transferred to any entity. Performances remain the responsibility of the assigned entity.
9. Interpretation of Subscription Terms:
Interpretations of Subscription Terms rest with Chargeii's sole discretion.
10. Disclaimer:
Chargeii is not responsible for Service unavailability, interruptions, or errors. Chargeii may request identity confirmation before renewing subscriptions. The Program and information provided are "as is." Chargeii disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
11. Weather Impact:
Charging appointments may be rescheduled in the event of rain, snow, or unsafe weather.
12. Subscription Types and Delivery Fees:
Chargeii offers various subscription types, each with different pricing and associated fees. Prices do not include taxes or surcharges.

Warranty details for EV Mobile Charging Stations are provided by Chargeii, and claim procedures are outlined. Users are advised to refer to the latest warranty policy for the most up-to-date information.

Vehicle Information:
Users agree to allow Chargeii to collect vehicle information for verification purposes, including a picture of the vehicle.
User Conduct:
Users may not authorize third parties to use their accounts. Compliance with applicable laws is mandatory. Users must not cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage.
Ownership:
The Services and associated rights belong to Chargeii. Users are granted a limited license, and no rights to use Chargeii's names, logos, trademarks, or service marks are conveyed.
Notice Regarding Apple and Other App Stores or Services:
Specific terms apply when using mobile applications on iOS devices. Users acknowledge that the agreement is between them and Chargeii, not Apple. Similar considerations may apply to accessing or downloading Chargeii's application from other app stores or services.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement, with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in force. Users' accounts are non-transferable, and rights terminate upon death.
By using Chargeii's services, users agree to these Terms and Conditions. Chargeii reserves the right to update or modify the terms as necessary.
